WARRIOR WOMEN’S SOCCER FALLS TO WILKES

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Lycoming College women’s soccer team completed their season, Sunday afternoon, against Wilkes University. The Colonels posted one goal in each half while the Warriors were unable to find the back of the net, falling 2-0.

Jennifer Compton and Danielle McDonald accounted for Wilkes’ goals.

Angie Brewington (Sr./Benton, PA; Benton) made 11 saves in goal for Lycoming.

Prior to the game, the Warriors honored seniors Angela Casselberry (Muncy, PA; Hughesville), Melissa Wert (Mifflinburg, PA; Mifflinburg), Jamie Wright (Flemington, NJ; Hunterdon Central), and Brewington for their contributions to the women’s soccer program over the past four years.
