Athletes Make Academic Honor Roll
Eighteen
Student-Athletes Honored by MAC
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.—Eighteen Lycoming student-athletes were named
to the Middle Atlantic Conference’s Spring Academic Honor Roll.
For the 2006-2007 academic year, 75 Lycoming student-athletes made the
grade, which requires a sophomore, junior or senior to have a
3.2 cumulative GPA.
This spring,
the women’s softball team led the way with seven players making
the Honor Roll. Seniors Katie Shaw (Bellefonte, PA), Betsy
Reese (State College, PA) and Missy McCoy (Williamsport,
PA) were joined by juniors Holly Billow (Millersburg,
PA), Dana Marek (Bloomfield, NJ), Hilarie Powers (Wellsboro, PA)
and sophomore Amber Rock (Chambersburg, PA).
The Warrior
golf team placed senior Matt Murdock (Elysburg, PA) and
juniors Aaron Reiprich (York Haven, PA), John Kerr (Newville,
PA), Nathan Tillson (Montoursville, PA) and Sean Driscoll
(Williamsport, PA) on the list.
Men’s tennis
players senior Nick Dalessandro (Lewisburg, PA), junior
Colin Baier (Montoursville, PA) and sophomore John
Stutzman (Williamsport, PA) were honored, along with women’s
lacrosse players senior Erin Dillon (Bayside, NY) and
sophomore Kelly Mack (New Egypt, NJ), and men’s lacrosse
player David Labagh (Elizabethtown, PA). |
