LYCOMING WOMEN'S HOOPS FALLS TO DELAWARE VALLEY

DOYLESTOWN, PA -- The Lycoming College women's basketball team traveled to Delaware Valley College, Saturday afternoon, for their second Freedom Conference contest of the season. The Aggies raced out to a 16-point halftime advantage that proved to be too much for the Warriors who eventually fell 73-57. The loss evens Lycoming's season record at 4-4 and their conference mark at 1-1. Delaware Valley improved to 4-3 overall and 1-1 within the Freedom.

Lyndy LeVan (Jr./South Williamsport, PA; South Williamsport) led all players with 24 points and 19 rebounds in the game. She also blocked two shots and recorded two steals. Emily DiMarco (So./Voorhees, NJ; Eastern) added 14 points for the Warriors.

Lycoming will play their next game at home on Monday, Dec. 17, when they host Division II Mansfield University. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. in Lamade Gymnasium.
