LYCOMING TRACK AND FIELD OPENS SEASON AT DESALES

CENTER VALLEY, PA – The Lycoming College track and field team traveled to DeSales University, Saturday afternoon, to compete in an early season invitational. No team scores were recorded.

Rusty Shreve (Fr./Baltimore, MD; North East) was the top performer for the men’s team placing sixth in the long jump with a leap of 18’10”. He also finished 15^th in the 200-meter dash.

Jacqui Gauer (Fr./Neshanic Station, NJ; Somerville) was the highest placewinner for the women’s squad coming in ninth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:23.90. She also came in 13^th in the 110-meter hurdles.
