Warrior Swimming Holds Annual Celebration Banquet
Award Winners Honored, Seniors Recognized

Lycoming men's and women's swimming held their annual awards banquet on Friday, March 24, 2006.  Included in the ceremony was a congratulations to all swimmers on a fine season, a tribute to the outgoing seniors, and recognition of postseason and team award winners.  Also included in this segment is the announcement of the 2006-07 team captains.

2005-06 Mort Rauff Award
This award is given in memory of Mort Rauff, former long-time coach of Lycoming College Swimming.  Our most prestigious award is given to the swimmer who demonstrated overall individual excellence and team spirit.

This award is presented to one man and one woman.  It is awarded to those who best exemplify the meaning of "teammate".  Those who under special conditions or circumstances have best demonstrated dedication, leadership, and camaraderie.  Those who could always be counted on to support and cheer for their teammates both in practice and in meets.
