WARRIOR MEN’S
TENNIS FALLS TO DESALES
WILLIAMSPORT,
PA – The Lycoming College men’s tennis team hosted DeSales
University, Tuesday afternoon, for a Freedom Conference match. The
Warriors fell to the Bulldogs by a score of 0-7. Lycoming drops to
1-6 overall and 0-5 within the conference. DeSales improved to 7-4
and 4-2.
Bernardo
Urdaneta (Jr./Maracaibo, Venezuela; Bishop Neumann)
and Andy Slawecki (Sr./Trappe, PA; Perkiomen Valley)
recorded an 8-1 victory at second doubles for the Warriors. The
Bulldogs, however, won at first and third doubles to claim the
team point.
Lycoming will
wrap up their regular season tomorrow afternoon when they travel
to King’s College. The match is set to start at 2:30 p.m.
