 Huntingdon, Pa. - A late score for the Warriors sent the game into overtime with momentum, but a goal with 6 minutes remaining gave the Juniata Eagles the 2-1 victory.  With the loss the Warriors fall to 1-2-1 while improves the Eagles record to 3-2. 

                Lycoming found themselves down early when Jordan McGowan scored of a cross from Mark Gwiazdowski in the 9^th minute.  The Warriors picked up the pace, but couldn’t find the net and trailed 1-0 at halftime.  The Warriors came out gunning in the 2^nd half as they peppered Eagles goalie with 15 second half shots.  However, it was that 15^th shot that found the net as Joe Thomas (Frederick, Md.) put the ball away after the corner kick by Dan Jackson (Windsor, N.J.) was played into the box and bounce around until it found Thomas’ foot. 

                In the 2^nd overtime McGowan scored his second goal of the game when he beat Warrior keeper Matt Klipp (Collegeville, Pa.) to the ball in the box with 6 minutes left in the game.  Klipp made five saves in the game. 

                Warriors next home game is Sept. 23, as the take on nationally ranked Elizabethtown College at 1:00 pm.
