LYCOMING MEN’S SOCCER FALLS AT LINCOLN LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. – The Lycoming College men’s soccer team traveled to Lincoln University, Saturday afternoon, for a non-conference match. The Warriors dropped a close match, falling to the Lions 1-2. Lycoming is now 5-2-1 on the season. The Warriors’ lone goal came in the second half, when Jason Mathews (Sr./North Wales, Pa.; Christopher Dock) scored off an assist from Dan Jackson (So./Windsor, N.J.; Lawrence). Jason Fesler (Sr./Carlisle, Pa.; Cumberland Valley) went the distance in goal for Lycoming, making three saves. The Warriors play again on Monday, September 27, when they travel to DeSales University for an important conference contest.
