WARRIOR MEN’S SOCCER FALLS TO WILKES

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Lycoming College men’s soccer team hosted Wilkes University, Wednesday afternoon, for a Freedom Conference match. The Warriors were shut out by the Colonels, falling by a score of 3-0.

Wilkes scored twice in the opening half on goals by Matt Diltz and Ty Bowman. Bowman also added a goal in the second period. Lycoming was out-shot 20-16 in the contest.

Jason Fesler (So./Carlisle, PA; Cumberland Valley) made nine saves in goal for the Warriors.

Lycoming is home again for their next match on Sunday, October 27, versus FDU-Florham.
