WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Lycoming College men’s basketball team hosted Delaware Valley College, Saturday afternoon, for a Freedom Conference match-up. The Warriors shot the lights out in the first half and dominated the glass en route to a comfortable 95-67 victory over the Aggies. Lycoming improves to 9-4 overall and 2-1 in the conference. The Warriors got off to a fast start in the first half behind the inside-outside duo of L.J. Huggler (Sr./St. Mary’s, Pa.; St. Mary’s) and Jonathan Pribble (So./Woolrich, Pa.; Central Mountain). The pair combined to make 15-of-18 shots from the field as Lycoming shot 67% in the first half, leading to a 50-33 halftime advantage.

The second half was more Warriors, as the home team extended their lead to as many as 34 with strong defense and relentless rebounding. For the game, Lycoming out-rebounded the Aggies 51-32. All 14 players saw action for the Warriors and nine scored as least one point in the 28-point victory.

Lycoming’s Huggler led all players with 31 points and 12 boards in the game. Pribble added 28 points, including seven three-pointers, and seven rebounds. Jeremiah Edison (Jr./Mifflinburg, Pa.; Mifflinburg) came off the bench to add 13 points. Shaun Morris (Jr./Camp Hill, Pa.; Trinity) and Brad Musser (So./Mifflinburg, Pa.; Mifflinburg) did a terrific job of running the offense recording 10 and seven assists, respectively.
