WARRIOR’S REPKO NAMED MAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Mann Named to Honor Roll

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – Lycoming College freshman Ryan Repko (Perkiomenville, Pa.; Boyertown) has been named the Middle Atlantic Conference defensive player of the week.

Repko scored two defensive touchdowns for the Warriors in their 45-22 victory over Widener University last Saturday. The defensive back and special teams player blocked a Pioneer punt in the closing moments of the first half and recovered it for a touchdown that put Lycoming ahead 24-7. Repko then sealed the game late in the fourth quarter, intercepting a Widener pass at the Warrior goal line and returning it 100 yards for the score. Repko also recorded three tackles in the contest.

Junior quarterback Phil Mann (Mill Hall, Pa.; Central Mountain) was named to the MAC honor roll. Mann completed 19-of-28 passes for 293 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for two touchdowns while gaining 74 yards on 22 carries. All told, Mann accounted for 367 of Lycoming’s 402 yards of total offense.

The Warriors are now 7-1 on the season and alone in first place in the MAC. A victory next week versus Susquehanna University would secure an outright conference title and a berth in the NCAA playoffs for Lycoming.
