LYCOMING FOOTBALL RANKED IN THREE NATIONAL POLLS

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Lycoming College football program continues to receive national attention for its 2-0 start to the 2003 season. Following the team’s 29-13 win over Wilkes University, the Warriors moved up in all three Division III national polls.

Lycoming is now ranked 15^th in the nation by both D3football.com and Don Hansen’s Football Gazette. The Warriors moved up two spots from 17^th in the D3football.com top-25 and ascended six spots from 21^st in the Football Gazette top-40. Lycoming is also impressing the coaching community as the Warriors moved from 22^nd to 17^th in the latest American Football Coaches Association top-25.
