D. Miller, Class of 1979 |

| Francis was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference All-Star teams three years.. He was named an all-star for the Eastern Region Division III (NCAA) football squad of 1978. That same year, he was co-captain of the team, gained first team MAC honors and was named Offensive Player of the Year by the Warrior coaching staff. |
