| Gerry was one of those players who came to Lycoming’s football program with a “can’t miss” tag written all over him and then he went on to prove that label. A four-year starter, four-time Middle Atlantic Conference All-Star, Lycoming Most Valuable Player in 1977, Lycoming’s Defensive Player of the Year in 1978 and a three-time ECAC Player of the Week. Lycoming won both MAC championship and national defensive honors during those four seasons Jerry anchored the Warrior defense. |
