Victor was an All-American tight end for
the Lycoming College in the late 1980s. In 1988 and 1989, he was
named the Warriors' offensive player of the year and earned first-team
All-MAC honors. His senior year, he served as one of the team's
tri-captains and earned All-American status. Off the field,
Victor was active as a brother in the Sigma Pi fraternity. He is
now a major in the United States Marine Corps, where he serves as an
AH-1 W Cobra Helicopter Pilot and AH-1 W Weapons and Tactics
Instructor. Victor resides in Portage, Pennsylvania, with his
wife Christina and their two sons, Victor Michael Jr. and Nicholas
Charles.
