The second level of the building has a game room, programming space and laundry facilities.  There is elevator access to the second level and two handicap accessible units on the first level.

Determination of “Good Disciplinary Standing”

Students who have not had a violation from the Code of Conduct (charges 1-11) within the past three semesters will be eligible to live in the apartments.  Students who have a violation of charge code 12 (Violations of other rules and policies) will all be reviewed by the Discipline Committee.  (Charge code 12 includes all room regulation violations.)

Student Right to Appeal

Students who have been denied college housing due to disciplinary violations may appeal their case to the discipline committee.  An appeal must be submitted to the Discipline Committee by e-mailing the Residential Life Office ResLife@lycoming.edu within 5 (five) business days of their denial. The e-mail must describe your violation and rationale why you believe special consideration should be given to you in regards to living in college apartment housing.  The committee will review all appeals and notify students within 10 (ten) business days of receipt of appeal via e-mail.

All students granted approval after an appeal will need to complete a form that states s/he understands that any policy violation while residing in college apartments may result in the student being required to relocate to a residence hall room
