Class Descriptions:
Ab Attack:
The ultimate class to sculpt and strengthen abdominal and back muscles. This class will ignite deep core muscles through the incorporation of a variety of strengthening techniques such as Pilates and plyometric exercises. To add a bit more variety, the class will rotate for the last 20 minutes from week to week between lower body exercises and upper body exercises to achieve the ultimate full body workout!
Kickboxing:
This high-impact, energy-packed cardiovascular workout is great for persons of all fitness levels. Using kickboxing choreography and drills, this class offers a fun way to burn the calories away!
Interval Explosion:
Alternating between bursts of intense cardio exercises and periods of resistance training, this high impact workout is designed to work both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. This class will incorporate circuit training, weight training, as well as Step, Kickboxing, and other aerobic formats. One of the best full body workouts you can do!
Definition:
Strengthen your entire body using body bars, weights, and bands and watch yourself take shape!
Zumba:
Easy to follow dance steps, body sculpting movements, and Latin and International music produce an exciting and effective fitness system.
