Class Descriptions:

  • Yoga - Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.
    Days and Times: Thursdays, 4:30pm - 5:30pm (February - April)
    Location: East Hall Coffeehouse
  • Zumba - Easy to follow dance steps, body sculpting movements, Latin and International music produce an exciting and effective fitness system.
    Days and Time: *No Zumba this semester*
