Urbankick

This class consists of cardio kickboxing with high intensity interval training. No experience is necessary. Everyone can do this class!

Yoga

The class focuses on breathing and a progressive series of slow flowing postures! Relaxation at the end!

Beginner’s Swimming

Are you afraid of water? Do you want to learn the fundamentals of swimming? This introductory level class will be geared towards first and foremost making you feel comfortable in the water environment and time necessary to adapt. The class will then delve into the fundamental skills required to begin to learn how to swim.

Taught by: Certified Lifeguard/Varsity Athletic Swimmers

Fitness Swimming

Are you tired of your normal cardio routine and want to change it up? Do you want some pool workouts to keep you physically fit? This fitness class will teach and refine strokes. The class will then delve into providing a variety of pool workouts for cardiovascular fitness.
