Vinyasa Yoga

The class focuses on breathing and a progressive series of slow flowing postures! Relaxation at the end!

Urbankick Cardio Kickboxing with H.I.I.T

The class combines punch and kick sequences with high intensity interval training for a fun, multi-level and heart healthy conditioning workout.

Rock, Sweat and Weights

Exhilarating combination of low rep strength exercises and cardio intervals delivering a muscle building, fat burning, full body workout all while rocking out to some great rock tunes!

Core Strength

A fun workout session devoted to developing the muscles used to stabilize and coordinate the body’s everyday movement through dynamic or static exercises involving the lower back, abdominals, obliques and glutes!
