Fall 2017 Fitness Class Offerings

Hit-It

This class is a choreographed kickboxing class that incorporates a variety of moves and music. Punch, squat and kick your way to a fun and exhilarating time! Add in some strengthening and resistance exercises for a total-body workout! It’s easy to follow and there are modifications for everything, so it’s perfect for all fitness levels!

Yoga

The class focuses on breathing and a progressive series of slow flowing postures! Relaxation at the end!

Class Dates: Saturdays

  • October: 14, 21, 28

Time: 10:30am-11:30am

Location: East Hall Coffeehouse


Ab Attack

A fun workout session devoted to developing the muscles used to stabilize and coordinate the body’s everyday movement through dynamic or static exercises involving the lower back, abdominals, obliques and glutes.
