Class Descriptions:

  • YogaYoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. 
    Days and Times: Mondays 4:15pm-5:15pm through early April
  • Location: East Hall Coffeehouse 
     
  • Zumba - Easy to follow dance steps, body sculpting movements, and Latin and International music produce an exciting and effective fitness system.
    Days and Time: Wednesdays 4:45pm-5:45pm through early April
