Criminal Justice: Adjunct Instructor
Rob Thompson is an Adjunct Instructor in the Criminal Justice Department. His Spring Semester course – Probation and Parole, provides students with an in-depth study of community-based correction programs, with emphasis on the role of probation and parole and their impact on the offender, the criminal justice system, and society. Mr. Thompson received his B.S. in Applied Human Services in 2003, and earned his M.S. in Criminal Justice Administration in 2006. In 1995, Mr. Thompson joined the Army Reserves and graduated from the Military Police Academy at Fort McClellan Alabama. He is currently employed by Lycoming County as a parole officer and has worked in community corrections since 1996. Mr. Thompson was born and raised in Lycoming County, and resides in Hughesville with his family.
