Dr. Joanne Hostrander is an adjunct professor in the department of Business Administration at Lycoming College.
She currently works as the Education Specialist for the Susquehanna Health System Education Department, where she develops, teaches, and evaluates programs, including clinical specialty and critical care programs.
Dr. Hostrander also serves as the Hospital Coordinator for the Youth Apprenticeship Program, the Chairperson for the Health Care Occupation Cluster, a Chairperson for the Clinical Excellence College for Susquehanna Health Improve University, and is a member of several committees, including the Mission and Ministry Council and the STEP Employer Advisory Council.
In 1995, she received the award for the Advance Clinical Excellence Educator Award. In 2004, she was the American Businesswomen's first place Contributor's Award winner.
She holds a PhD in Education from Kennedy-Western University, a Master's Degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Arts from the College of St. Francis. She also received her BSN in Nursing from St. Joseph College.
