Associate Director of Global Education

Holladay helps students to make informed decisions about the available global education opportunities with Lycoming College, including traditional study abroad programs, international internships and faculty-led travel courses. In addition, she coordinates with faculty to plan and organize faculty led travel courses.

Holladay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, Nova Scotia, and while there, studied abroad at the University of Wales Swansea. Her passion for learning about other cultures and global education through travel has led her to more than 20 countries worldwide. She views the world as a classroom and helps students develop as global citizens by building cultural awareness and diplomacy skills that crosses borders.

Holladay joined Lycoming following six years of shipboard employment for Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL). During her time with NCL, she earned three promotions, most recently serving as a training specialist where she oversaw shipboard training for the 950 international crewmembers who came from 100 different countries.

She also enjoys traveling, painting, DIY projects and trying international foods.
