OLE Instructor Training

Grow as a Leader with OLE

The Outdoor Leadership & Education program hosts instructor training each spring semester. This training prepares the leader to guide their peers on outdoor trips and group development programming. OLE instructors must have a consistent commitment to growing outdoor & risk management skills as well as learning how to best help our students to grow as a result of our programming. This requires a passion for leadership and helping others. The instructor training for OLE is not designed to be easy, but it is designed be rewarding. Check out the 2018 schedule below and apply!
