V.                Officer Reports

A. President- No meeting next week because of Circle of Sisterhood

B. Vice President of Recruitment- COB rules that were supposed to be discussed at chapter meetings handed in

C. Assistant Recruitment- No Report

D. Vice President of Membership- Circle of Sisterhood will be held on Feb. 21^st at 9pm in East Hall Coffeehouse, all sisters be there at 8:45 dressed up; new members report to AST lounge at 8:45pm- mandatory, please send excuses to NPC; all new members MUST attend the Panhellenic General Meeting on March 6 at 9:30pm in Heim-G11- excuses go to NPC  

E. Secretary- No Report

F. Treasurer- have budget requests for your chapter handed in to NPC by next Tuesday (2/19) at 8pm; if you want to use the money to sponsor an event or speaker you must co-sponsor with a non-greek organization

G. Scholarship- handed out packets to take to NM Educators on how to achieve academic success while going through the new member process

H. Service- sent email to campus community about Cinderella’s Closet, don’t forget to bring back your old prom dresses after spring break

I. Special Events- went over greek week schedule

J. Risk Management/Judiciary Board- No Report

K. Public Relations- No Report

L. IFC- No Report

M. Student Senate- No Report

VIII. Chapter Reports

A.Alpha Xi Delta- Working on formal scheduled for April 5^th; working on annual kickball tournament scheduled for Sunday March 9 from 12-6pm; setting up teams and raising money for Relay for Life

B. Alpha Rho Omega- Crochet Sale going on until Feb. 20 in AC lobby during lunch- half of sales go to American Cancer Society, St. Patrick’s Day mug sale in the café March 10-14, working on formal, working on NM education, collecting can tabs for the Thon- working with Penn State, Adopt-a-Highway March 16, Relay for Life March 14-15, Quarter Mile of Quarters March 8^th at Lycoming Mall

C. Alpha Sigma Tau- planning our formal, participating in the Susan G. Kolman walk in May, fundraising for Relay for Life

D. Beta Phi Gamma- No Report

E. Gamma Delta Sigma- Relay for Life, Valentine’s fundraiser a success, Volley for a cure date set for April 5, scholarship PDR with Phi Psi set for March, working on greek week, working on formal

IX. Advisor’s Report- Awards banquet is April 9- please nominate people for the greek awards! Presidents should have gotten info about OrgSync, make sure you are taking information from the meetings back to your chapters
