Panhellenic Meeting: 3/25/08
I. Call to Order- 9:40pm II. Roll Call- III. Read Creed and Code of Ethics IV. Minutes- Approved V. Officer Reports A. President- Sign up for Orgsync, Exec Board will be participating in Accepted Students day on April 6. B. Vice President of Recruitment- Going over the new rules that chapters proposed, they will have to be approved by exec before being passed so it will be a little bit of time before changes are made C. Assistant Recruitment- No Report D. Vice President of Membership- Circle of Sisterhood is March 27 in East Hall Coffeehouse at 9pm- sisters be in the coffeehouse by 8:45, NM’s in AST lounge by 8:45-this event is mandatory, all excuses are due to NPC no later then 24 hours in advance E. Secretary- No Report F. Treasurer- dues will be issued to all chapters via email; $3 for current sisters and $5 for new members G. Scholarship- No Report H. Service- Need one junior from each house to serve as an usher at honors convocation I. Special Events- passed out signup sheet for fundraisers to be done at greek week, need event sign up sheets back by April 1 J. Risk Management/Judiciary Board- No Report K. Public Relations- no report L. IFC- No Report M. Student Senate- Orgsync training this weekend VI. Old Business- No Report VII. New Business- No Report VIII. Chapter Reports A.Alpha Xi Delta- formal scheduled for April 5th at DiSalvos from 6:30-11:30; working on Greek Week; working on NM process, Easter Egg Extravaganza on Saturday for Little Siblings Weekend; getting teams ready for MS Walk B. Alpha Rho Omega- working on formal which is April 5 at the Holiday Inn, continuing New Member Education process, Adopt a Highway Saturday April 12, Flower Pen sale next week, Whatever the letter in Burchfield Lounge this Friday 11-2, working on Greek Week C. Alpha Sigma Tau- planning our formal on April 12 at the Genetti, fundraiser at Hoss’s April 8th 4pm-8pm see a sister for a slip, passing out daffodils for Daffodil Days, Habitat for Humanity project this weekend for our national philanthropy D. Beta Phi Gamma- Selling stars in the AC all week to benefit the Make-a-Wish foundation, continuing New Member education E. Gamma Delta Sigma-, Volley for a cure date set for April 5- sponsoring a woman doing another event to raise money for breast cancer awareness, working on greek week, Purse Party this weekend from 12-2, working on NM education IX. Advisor’s Report- Gamma Sigma Alpha inductions on Monday at 7pm in the Jane Schultz room
