V. Officer Reports
A. President- No Report
B. Vice President of Recruitment- Every chapter needs to look up the rules regarding COB and when these bids can be given out in the Panhellenic bylaws; this will be discussed at next week’s meeting
C. Assistant Recruitment- sending congratulations cards to girls who received bids
D. Vice President of Membership- Feb. 11th will be the Anti-Hazing Workshop for all new members and New Member Educators at 9pm in Heim G-11- this is mandatory please send excuses to npc, Circle of Sisterhood will be held on Feb. 21st at 9pm in East Hall Coffeehouse, all sisters be there at 8:45 dressed up; new members report to AST lounge- mandatory, please send excuses to NPC
E. Secretary- No Report
F. Treasurer- handed out fines, remind chapters to turn in fines
G. Scholarship- No Report
H. Service- Cinderella’s Closet March 8 10-2pm; March 3-6 from 5-7pm sisters from each house will be needed to help sort dresses in the coffeehouse- email will be sent out with more info
I. Special Events- No Report
J. Risk Management/Judiciary Board- planning speakers
K. Public Relations- No Report
L. IFC- No Report
M. Student Senate- No Report
VI. Old Business- No Report
VII. New Business- elections held for new P.R. chair; Tiffany Medley won
VIII. Chapter Reports
A.Alpha Xi Delta- Working on formal scheduled for April 5th; working on annual kickball tournament scheduled for Sunday March 9 from 12-6pm; helping at the girls basketball game this weekend for think pink game
B. Alpha Rho Omega- planning another crochet sale, St. Patrick’s Day mug sale in the café March 10-14, working on formal
C. Alpha Sigma Tau- fundraiser Feb 13 at Pizza Hut( see a sister for a slip); Whatever the Letter fundraiser Feb. 8
D. Beta Phi Gamma- Feb. 21 tentative Silpada jewelry party from 6-8pm, doing adopt-a-highway, collecting donations for relay for life, working on official philanthropy
E. Gamma Delta Sigma- No Report
IX. Advisor’s Report- handed out delegate handbooks, please have presidents of your respective chapters look over rosters and remove anyone who shouldn’t be there for this semester, sign and date it, and bring it back to the next meeting
