RECYCLEMANIA!!!!!:
-Starts Sunday, January 27th and ends April 15th.
-Recyclemania is a competition between colleges and universities
across the nation. Recycled materials (plastics, glass, and
aluminum) are weighed and reported on a weekly basis. Last
year Lycoming had the highest cumulative weight per person of cans
and bottles in Pennsylvania and cane in ninth out of all 200 schools
nationwide. Help us beat our record!!!!

The 2% Solution
Focus the Nation is a major educational initiative that is
coordinating teams of faculty,
students and staff at over a thousand colleges universities and high
schools in the United States, to collaboratively engage in a
nationwide interdisciplinary discussion centered around the theme of
'Stabilizing the Climate in the 21st Century'.
The project culminated January 30, 2008, in the form of one-day,
national symposia held simultaneously on campuses across the
country.
