September 4, 2006 Meeting
The following was discussed tonight:
Officer Flyer – Kirstie is designing email to send to the whole class.
Psychic Booth – The class of 2008 ran the psychic booth at the Campus Carnival
on Sunday September 3.
Grey’s Anatomy: The premiere September 21 at 9:00. Planning to hold the event in Crever’s lounge. (Kyle is in charge of reserving Crever’s Lounge).
Park Clean-up: This event is tentatively planned September 24 (1:00-4:00).
PDR: Date to be announced. (We are planning to hold this event sometime before Long Weekend / October 27).
Class Gift / Piggy Bank: Amil is planning on meeting with Megan T. on Thursday September 7th (at 8:30 AM) to discuss the class gift and piggy bank fundraising.
RA Coffee Can Fundraiser: The plan is to place coffee cans in the library. Freshmen can place money in the can assigned to their “favorite” RA. The RA whose coffee can ends up with the most money will have to clean the room of his resident’s choice.

Jessica Hulslander (or Joe Dixon) will be contacted for the design for homecoming t-shirt. (Amil)
Crever lounge will be reserved for the Grey’s Anatomy premiere. (Kyle)
Talk to freshmen RAs about the can fundraisers. (Kirstie / Kyle / Amil)
