September 11, 2006 Meeting
Budget - $566 is what we received.
Park Cean-up - Amilcar met with Marco. Marco said that Brandon Park has to be prepared for the freshmen’s park activity (tree planting, etc). If we choose to do the park it would be on September 23, 2006. Habitat would be willing to help on the park.
Cemetery Clean-up - Dr. McCall and Dean Piper (along with Mayor Wolf) suggested that we clean-up the cemetery.
Class Gift – We have to raise $1500 but we can’t officially start allocating funds for the gift until Senior year (it’s tradition).
Homecoming Pie in the face / Coffee can quarters - Kirstie is going to talk to Andrew Kilpatrick about this activity.
Pizza Eating Contest (Homecoming) – our class has to provide the pizza. We will talk to Sodexo (ask for donation – or pay) Or, we’ll call Papa John’s, Domino’s and Vinnie’s as well. Ask for donations / compare prices.
Franco’s - Amilcar is going to talk to the manager about a fundraiser.
Talent Show – November 10 (tentative)
