Cemetery project – Amilcar talked to Dean Piper and he wants us to scrape and paint the gates. October 14 is the planned date. 9:00 – 5:00 is our intended work time. One of the officers will be there at all times. We will contact the newspaper, the Lycourier, and the mayor.
RA fundraiser – Planning to place cans in the library. “Winner” will clean one of their residents’ rooms. October 30 – November 10. We must email Jess Gough and the library. Kirstie will print out the pictures for the containers.
RA pie in the face – Amil, Seth, Kirstie, Barry, Jenna, and Kelly are participating. October 18 – Wednesday. 8 inch pie pans – tin. 6 cans of whipped cream. Kyle will take care of.
Pizza eating contest –
Jell-O wresting – October 19 Thursday – we need to show up.
Kiss the pig – November 4 – We need to take care of this.
5k run – Amil and Kirstie
Operation Christmas Child – Amil is going to the meeting
Talent Show – Friday, November 17.
Goals for next week:
- Kyle will get pie tins and 6 cans of whipped cream.
- Amil will handle various emails.
- Kyle will send Amil’s email to Allison Bressler, Larry M., Macro H., Andrew Kilpatrick, and Dean Miller.
