Meeting took place in Pennington Lounge at 8:00am. All members were there except for our VP – email was sent and accepted!
General Information:
Dollars raised: $740.48 ($788.48 after Pizza Hut and before piggy dump bags)
We’re at 14% participation.
Fundraising:
Amil found out that we made $48.00 from the Pizza Hut Fundraiser! That puts us at $788.48.
The piggy dump on January 21 was…well, we got two bags full of change.
Flamingos: Amil wrote out the letter. Meghan and Melanie have looked over it and will discuss it with Amil after the meeting this morning.
Krispy Kreme donut Sale: The place where we get our donuts from is located in Scranton. We will decide who drives out there, how much we need, etc. when the date comes closer.
Little Sibs Weekend (3/28-3/29): Ye Olde Fashioned Movie Standee is making a comeback!
CDC Events:
Kyle emailed the dates of the CDC to all members of the SCO plus Meghan. Melanie will get a forwarded e-mail from Meghan. Kyle was up way to late typing it up and emailing it out – 3:48am!
Meet and Greet Alumni – April 4th, 2008 – 7-8pm (Mark your calendars)
Class Gift:
Voting website for Orgsync –we put a due date for the end of the month. If the site isn’t up yet, we will need to make our own through web advisor or do voting at the café instead. We need a voting method by the 1st of February.
Goal: Voting starts on the 4th of February
Senior Stuff:
Senior Celebration: Kirstie emailed us with updates. There is a meeting next Wednesday for the menu making.
Commencement speech selection committee: The committee will consist of members of the Senior Class Officers – Amil, Kyle, and Caitlin are a definite
Gift to Classmates: We have two choices: a stainless steel mug with a handle or a stainless steel mug with a leather wrap around it (handle-less), and will decide on the price and make in the near future
