Lycoming College students inducted into fine arts honor society

The Lycoming College chapter of Kappa Pi, the national honor society for scholastic achievement in fine arts, inducted several students in April.

Membership in the Lycoming College Eta Gamma chapter of Kappa Pi is open to studio art and art history majors and minors who maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or above, a GPA in art of 3.5 or above, and present a portfolio (studio art) or research paper (art history) for evaluation by the current Kappa Pi officers.

Kappa Pi is an international honorary fine art society dedicated to promoting artistic excellence at the collegiate level. The society bonds conscientious artists together to form a unit that is influential in the community and the world.
