Lycoming College librarian elected as treasurer for Pennsylvania Library Association

Starting in January, Alison S. Gregory, associate professor and associate dean and director of library services at Lycoming College, will serve a two-year term as treasurer of the Pennsylvania Library Association.

As one of 13 members of the board of directors, the treasurer oversees the accuracy of the association’s receipts and expenditures. At board meetings, she will present general budget and conference budget statements.

Along with serving on the Pennsylvania Library Association, Gregory also is a member of the American Library Association and the Association of College and Research Libraries. She has a Master of Science degree in library science from Clarion University and Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Lycoming College.
