Director of student programs appointed to national convention position

Larry Mannolini, director of student programs and leadership development at Lycoming College, has been appointed by the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) Board of Directors as educational programs coordinator for the NACA 2012 National Convention to be held Feb. 25-29, 2012, in Charlotte, N.C.

Mannolini will be responsible for the overall selection of the convention's education and professional development sessions. Having volunteered in the association since 1996, Mannolini received an Outstanding Service Award in 2009 and the Outstanding New Campus Activities Professional award for the Mid Atlantic Region in 2001.

NACA advances campus activities in higher education through a business and learning partnership for its school and professional members. The association has more than 1,000 college and university members. NACA offers a wide variety of events, educational institutes, publications and networking opportunities for colleges and universities across the country that focus on program planning, risk management, multicultural education, concert management, student and professional leadership development, student government and more.
