Santu S. de Silva, Ph.D., University of Pittsburgh.
Special interests include differential geometry and relativity, analysis,
and computer programming. Dr. de Silva is also interested in dynamical
systems and non-linear analysis, and is a member of the MAA,
KME
and the NCPCTM.
When he is not teaching, he is either listening to music, or reading
mail from the lists classm-l and calc-reform.

David K. Haley, Ph.D., Queens University, and a post-doctoral degree from the University of Mannheim.
Special interests include computer science and algebra (universal algebras).
Dr. Haley is also interested in mathematics education, especially elementary
education, and is a member of
KME and
the NCTM
in addition to being a founding member of the NCPCTM.

Eileen M. Peluso, Ph.D., Pennsylvania State University.
Special interests include formal language theory, computer science education with particular interest in gender equity issues, software engineering,
and artificial intelligence. Dr. Peluso is a member of the ACM, IEEE Computer Society,
CCSCNE,
KME,
and The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Gene D. Sprechini, Ph.D., State University of New York at Binghamton.
Special interests include probability and statistics, specifically
general linear models and robustness of statistical tests. Dr. Sprechini
is a member of the ASA and
KME.
Other activities include being a statistical consultant and playing
volleyball.

Special interests include algebraic geometry and arithmetic geometry
with particular interest in Galois theory. She is a member of the
