General Information: Residential students are assigned a mailbox with a combination lock prior to arrival or at the time of check in. Commuter students must request a campus mailbox or provide the Registrar's Office with a local mailing address. Anyone with a campus mailbox should check the mailbox on a regular and frequent basis.

Addressing Mail: All mail must be clearly addressed. Please be sure to include the campus box number as part of the mailing address to ensure prompt and accurate delivery. Do not refer to the campus mailbox as a "post office box." Please refer to the address example highlighted to the left when addressing mail to College students, faculty or staff. Improperly addressed mail or mail received with no campus box number can delay mail delivery.

Students can look up their campus mailbox number and combination through WebAdvisor using the Roommate Housing Info. link.
Student Mailbox Combination Locks
Turn the dial 4 turns to the left to the first number; turn the dial to the right going past the first number once and stopping on the second number; turn the dial to the left stopping on the third number. TO OPEN: move the dial a few positions to the right as you pull on the door; you will feel the click as the door opens.
Campus Mail Schedule
Mail services picks up and delivers mail to campus departments in the morning with the first stop beginning at 9:30 a.m.

In the afternoon, campus departmental mail is picked up (no delivery) with the first stop beginning at 1:00 p.m.
