New York Times Historical Backfile
Comprehensive digital coverage for the internationally renowned U.S. newspaper all the way back to the first issue in September 1851.

JSTOR
Provides access to digital, full text archives of core journals in discipline areas including Arts & Sciences I, II, and III, Business, and Language & Literature. JSTOR strives to provide an entire run of each title starting with volume one, issue one back to the early 1800s.
Academic Search Elite
This multi-disciplinary database offers full text for more than 2,050 scholarly journals, including more than 1,500 peer-reviewed titles. Covering virtually every area of academic study, Academic Search Elite offers full text information dating as far back as 1985.
Biography Resource Center
Combines over 400,000 biographies on nearly 315,000 people from more than 760 volumes of over 100 respected Gale Group sources.

ECO
Access to a growing collection of journals in a variety of subject areas, some with full-image articles online. Full-image articles from Electronic Collections Online journals are linked to corresponding citations in databases throughout the FirstSearch service.

ICPSR (Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research)
Provides access to the world's largest archive of digital social science data sets. Users must set up an account while on campus, then register in order to download data sets.
LexisNexis Academic
Covers top news, general news topics, and news transcripts; foreign language news sources; company, industry, and market news; legal news; company financial information; general medical and health topics and medical abstracts; accounting, auditing, and tax information; law reviews; federal case law; U.S. Code; and state legal research.
Project MUSE
An online collection of scholarly journal titles in the arts, humanities and social sciences from university and society presses. Snowden Library subscribes to the Basic Undergraduate Collection, a 112 title subset of the full Project MUSE collection.
Sociological Abstracts
CSA Sociological Abstracts abstracts and indexes the international literature in sociology and related disciplines in the social and behavioral sciences.
ScienceDirect
Index to journals published by Elsevier Science, Academic Press, W.B.Saunders, Churchill Livingstone, Baillière Tindall and Mosby.  Includes access to the full-content of Academic Press journals.
