The Snowden Library has a per-search account with the Dissertation Abstracts database offered by OCLC. They are very"selective" about their coverage.

We also have an account with DIALOG and a librarian will be happy to search for the dissertation(s) you require. This covers nearly every dissertation written in the US and Canada (and some other countries) in the past 40+ years, though only up through January 2006.

If we are unable to locate the dissertation you require through either of these databases, we will find other means to satisfy your information need.
