Submit a Request with a Ticket

  • Use our IT Help ticketing system to start a service request.
  • Tickets provide you with email updates on the progress of your request for help.
  • Submit your ticket by logging in to Use your Lycoming username and password to log in. A welcome message with instructions for submitting a ticket are posted on the first screen you see when you log in.

IT Help

  • Weekdays 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. during the academic year (until 4:00 p.m. when summer administrative hours are in effect)
  • Stop in to the lower level of the Academic Center or call 570-321-4150.

Instructional/Technology Support (west end 2nd floor lounge, Academic Center)

  • Staffed by student assistants
  • No appointment necessary - support for computer labs, public printers, network access on personal computers, etc.
  • Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. | Sat. 1-5 p.m. | Sun. 1-8 p.m.
