Change Management Policy
IT Services requires that all custom software projects be requested in writing through an email. This includes all changes to current software and any new projects. Once the request is received it will be reviewed and prioritized. Once reviewed you will be notified of the status of the request.
Once ITS has completed the request you will be notified that it is ready to be tested. IT Services will require each department to "signoff" on all custom software updates. Each change should be thoroughly tested in the Test account. ITS will not move any changes to the Live account until an email is received stating the changes have been reviewed sufficiently and any problems that were found have been corrected.
