To save a message as a "new message:" while listening to the new message, press * and the system will save it as a new message and advance to next message.

If you wish to leave a message, you may bypass the department's or person's personal greeting by pressing the * at the beginning of the message. The system will immediately record your message.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO PRESS *** TO EXIT THE SYSTEM. If you do not press ***, it could result in locking up your voice mailbox and causing delays in receiving your messages in a timely manner.
