| Problem with GroupWise WebAccess via AOL |
| For
those people who choose to use AOL, they may have difficulties
getting to their GroupWise WebAccess. The AOL browser does not
fully support java and therefore doesn't work consistently. It
may work fine at times and then at other times inform the user
that their login is no longer current.
There is a solution: Minimize the AOL browser and open Internet Explorer. This will work fine. This is also the fix for people trying to set up the proxy server for off campus access. |
