Mr. Welch brings extensive experience in domestic and international turnaround management.  He has served as corporate officer and advised companies in various stages of transition by developing and implementing operational and financial restructurings, providing crisis management, performance improvement and stakeholder negotiations.  He was most recently a Senior Vice President with Platinum Equity.

Mr. Welch holds a BA in Economics with minor studies in German from Gettysburg College, an MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, including semester work at the European Business School (EBS) near Frankfurt, Germany and an MS, Engineering in the Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and The Wharton School.
