Frank P. Brennan is an Owner/ Principal in the firm of Parente Randolph, PC which is one of the thirty largest public accounting firms in the United States and is the largest public accounting firm headquartered in Pennsylvania. Mr. Brennan is a member of the firm's Executive and Compensation Committees. He graduated from Villanova University in 1973 with a B.S. in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Accountants. Mr. Brennan has served on the Boards of Directors of various entities in central Pennsylvania. His areas of practice include closely held businesses, financial institutions and estate and personal financial planning.
