Assistant Professor of Digital Design

Lycoming College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Digital Design at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin fall 2018. The successful candidate who fills this position will teach three undergraduate courses per semester. The well-established Fine Arts Program combines a rigorous fine arts foundation curriculum with traditional studio, digital design and art history courses in a liberal arts environment. Candidate will be responsible for digital design, graphic design, web design and coding, interactive art and 2-D animation for both fine art and commercial purposes. Ability to add a 3-D animation component to our curriculum is a plus. Candidate also advises students, manages budget, and oversees digital lab. A strong commitment to teaching undergraduates in a liberal arts environment is essential.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
