  • Meningitis Vaccine
    • State Law:  On June 28, 2002, Governor Schweiker signed into law Act 2002-83 also known as the College and University Student Vaccination Act.  This law prohibits students from living in campus housing unless they have received the shot.

  • Through collaboration with the Department of Health.  Free -- Confidential -- and Painless (urine sample) testing for both men and women for Chlamydia. 
    Call 4052 to arrange an appointment.   Free treatment for positive tests.
  • In addition, periodic HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia testing provided by the PA Department of Health staff in Health Services. 
  • PA Department of Health statistics note that Chlamydia is the most common reportable STD for young adults 18-22 years old in PA.  HPV (genital warts) is also very common. It is estimated as many as 75% of sexually active individuals are infected.  Remember, there is no such thing as SAFE SEX -- only safer sex!!!
