Welcome To Lycoming College
Dear Members and Parents of the Class of 2016,
Welcome to the Lycoming College community!
As Assistant Dean for Freshmen, it is my responsibility and privilege to assist you as you prepare for classes in the fall, and to support you throughout your entire first year.
Review all the information on this webpage. It is designed to provide answers to the various questions you may have, and to help us collect additional information we need from you. If you still have questions, feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Summer orientation sessions are an important part of your transition to life as a Lycoming College student. Students - you will meet your academic advisors, complete the placement process, select classes for the fall semester, and learn about life at Lycoming. Parents - you will have the opportunity to learn more about our curriculum and the various resources on campus, including academic support, health and counseling services. Representatives from the Business and Financial Aid offices will also be available to address your concerns.
Please note: all new students must attend one two-day orientation session. In addition, you must complete the language placement test as well as the registration, advising, housing and health forms within two weeks of receipt.
This year has the potential to be one of the most exciting, challenging and rewarding years of your lives. I look forward to meeting you, and to working with you throughout the year.
