Meals & Expenses

Four meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, and another lunch, in addition to several snacks) are provided to all students at the June Orientations. Additionally, meals are provided for parents at lunch and dinner on Day 1 and a coffee break and lunch are provided to all parents on Day 2 (regardless of whether they opt to stay overnight on campus). A continental breakfast will be available in the residence hall on Day 2 for parents who stay overnight on campus.

If parents choose to stay on campus, there is an additional $50 per parent charge, payable by check or credit card at the time the student selects an Orientation session. Checks should be mailed to:

All costs for Orientation and 1st Weekend are covered in the Freshman Fee, which will be included in your Fall tuition bill sent later in the summer. This fee includes all expenses for the student as well as meals and materials for two parents. If parents choose to stay on campus, they will be charged an additional $50 per parent payable at the time the student selects a June Orientation session.

Full refunds are granted with 24 hour advance notice.
