  • FBI (ACT 114) Clearance - print copy of registration form and take to a print site (UPS store at TJ Maxx Plazza, Williamsport, PA) - $28.75
  • ACT 34 - Pennsylvania State Criminal History Records - $10 (Make a note of your control number, click on control number and then click on "certification form" print certification form.)
  • Child Abuse Report - Complete form and obtain $10 money order payable to "The Dept. of Public Welfare", bring completed application to the Education Department and we'll mail it for you!
  • ACT 24
  • PAPA/PECT Registration - (PAPA) Reading, Writing and Math and (PECT) Initial certification for Grades PK-4, Special Education PK-8 or 7-12
  • PRAXIS Registration - Appropriate content area test for Secondary Education Certificate Grades 7 - 12
  • TIMS - Apply for Teacher Certification in the State of PA
