Naming Opportunities

There are unique naming opportunities that will link you with the College's legacy and future generations of students. There are many different levels of naming opportunities available through establishing an endowed fund. Outright gifts of cash or securities may be pledged over three to five years for named building projects. Central to the College's mission of providing a distinguished education is the College's residential character, which fosters the sense of an academic community. The following improvement projects provide several naming opportunities:

  • Recreation Center - The quality of student life is important to the overall education experience of our students. This new 54,000-square foot addition more than doubles indoor recreational space on campus. It contains four multipurpose courts, an elevated 1/8 mile indoor running track, a greatly expanded weight room and a large exercise and fitness area.
  • The Commons - Located at the corner of Mulberry Street and Washington Boulevard and opened in fall 2007, The Commons Residence Hall is a single 29,000-square-foot building, although the facade and landscaping suggest six houses. The building accommodates 85 students within 22 units and features furnished living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen appliances and greatly enhances the housing opportunities on campus.
